Searching for Pioneer Solutions

We are characterised by over 30 years of experience in development activity. As technology leader it is our obligation to use our innovation force for pioneering solutions also in the future.

On one hand one of the most important elements of our innovation strategy is our own laboratory at our head office in Schwerzenbach (near Zurich). In order to realise the needs of the market we on the other hand lay great emphasis on the constant exchange with leading engineering offices in Switzerland and in other countries, with architects and selected laboratories. Last but not least we participate in intensive exchange with colleges and builders – especially for the design of pioneering workplaces and public offices.

In our development activities we orientate ourselves by common standards (SIA, DIN, EN, ISO) for indoor climate systems and air components.

Do you have special requirements as an HVAC specialist planner, architect or builder? Are you searching for new ways to design your ceiling or the concept planning of your interior air conditioning? We gladly accept your challenge!

Our most recent Developments set a new standard

Our two innovative products Hybrid Chilled Ceiling A11Hybrid (closed ceiling) and the Hybrid Ceiling Modules U44Hybrid | U45Hybrid | U46Hybrid combine traditional with new values and provide new possibilities of use for radiant cooling and heating ceilings.

The hybrid chilled ceiling uniquely combines the function of the classic chilled ceiling with the principle of the thermo-active component system. This leading innovation in chilled ceilings was developed in our in-house laboratory.

The synthesis of an optimal profitability and a maximum degree of performance efficiency makes hybrid technology the fastest growing segment within the MWH Barcol-Air Group.
