The Booster technology is unique, as it is a diffuser that is able to switch from mixing ventilation to temperature controlled ventilation. Boosters are designed for rooms with high ceiling heights (e.g. gymnasiums, shopping malls, factories etc.) and are free suspended or wall-mounted.

When room heating is required, the air in the Boosters upper part is pressed downwards through nozzles (mixing ventilation). The outlet impulse ensures that the supply air reaches the target zone. In spite of over temperature, the supply air is distributed completely throughout the room by dint of tangential air pattern. The outlet impulse is modified depending on the over temperature. If the room is being cooled, the lower part of the Booster acts as a diffuser that provides the room with  air-conditioned air. The ambient airflow spreads as a displacement flow.
